DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Choose your preferred protein intake

↑ 15g PROTEIN

HALF SERVING – For 15g protein, add 1 level scoop of powder (20g) to 120ml water or milk of your choice and shake.

Use post-workout, or throughout the day. Mix in a shaker or blender.

OR

↑ 30g PROTEIN

FULL SERVING – For 30g protein, add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 240ml water or milk of your choice and shake.
